Referrals

Dr Cheng consults in Glen Iris and Camberwell
on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. 

A referral letter from your GP or specialist doctor is required to access Medicare rebates. 

Referrals can be emailed to consulting@delmonthospital.com.au and addressed to Dr Carrie Cheng. 

If the referral is for psychotherapy, please specify this in the referral or email.
